Create design document, storyboard, and prototype for project sponsors to review for accuracy and modification prior to beginning development.

Develop learning solutions, such as ILT, vILT, or eLearning, or a blended learning solution, aligned with business goals and learner needs. Create other agreed upon deliverables such as job aids or infographics.

Conduct quality assurance on all developed solutions to ensure readability, functionality, and that learning objectives have been addressed. Monitor ongoing evaluation criterion. Integrate feedback into course iterations.
